Major Martial Law additions are now in public beta testing

Here is what we are testing today:

These two new settings are now included under "Mode Settings":
- Always Elect Mayor — If an election ends in a tie, a Mayor will be elected at random among the candidates.
- Increased Turnout — If no players are already nominated for arrest during an election, everyone is eligible for arrest.
The following settings have been adjusted to work properly within Martial Law :martiallaw::
- Rapid Time — All timers are now faster when enabled
- Abridged First Round — The second volley will now be skipped in Round 1 if enabled
The following settings will have no effect during Martial Law :martiallaw::
- Progressive Turn Order
- Show AP
The Modifiers and Additional Settings options have all been re-ordered
Additionally, how character art is presented within the Lobby has changed in a major way

Right click on ESPIONAGE: Mafia Evolved in your Steam library
Left click on Properties
Choose Betas
To the right, in the Beta Participation section, change the dropdown option from None to cutting-edge - Cutting Edge. You may now close the window.
The game should automatically update from this point and be labeled as ESPIONAGE: Mafia Evolved [cutting-edge] in your library.
If the game does not automatically update, close Steam and then re-open it. You may also use the Verify Integrity of Game Files option within Steam to force this. If bandwidth is not a concern, you can uninstall and reinstall the game client as well.
Between testing periods, the Cutting Edge client will be automatically reverted to the Retail/Default version of the game. For this reason, you do not need to switch back and forth to play with those across versions.
